My name is Tom Neve. I am your Developer, Project Manager and a resident at "The Reserve". I have lived my entire life in the Merrimack Valley. I have been trained as a Civil Engineer and a Land Surveyor. I began my developing and building business over 30 years ago. I was instrumental, with the help of many local professionals and government officials, in bringing "The Reserve" to reality after many years of planning.
Producing a development of this magnitude and caliber is not an easy task. It began by assembling a group of talented professionals including, experts in Golf Course renovation, design and construction; golf club operations; facility management and construction and Land Use Planning.
