My name is Tom Neve. I am your Developer, Project Manager and recent resident at "The Reserve". I have lived my entire life in the Merrimack Valley. I have been trained as a Civil Engineer and a Land Surveyor and began my developing and building business over 30 years ago. I was instrumental, with the help of many local professionals and government officials, in bringing "The Reserve" to reality after many years of planning.

Producing a development of this magnitude and caliber is not an easy task. It began by assembling a group of talented professionals including, experts in Golf Course renovation, design and construction; golf club operations; facility management and construction and Land Use Planning. The overall objective was to produce a Master Plan whose many parts work, in synergy, to create this special place. All who live here will benefit greatly from their extraordinary talents.

"The Reserve" has been recognized as the "Jewel in the Crown of the Merrimack Valley". It is a neighborhood which is uniquely woven into the landscape which makes this 100 year old Donald Ross Golf Course live and breathe.

The golf course, at the "New" Club is nearing final completion and will be 100% playable this summer. The construction of the new 20,000 square foot, multi-purpose clubhouse began in the fall of 08 and is now open to the public. It boasts function rooms, a full service gourmet restaurant, and a complete golf operations facility. You are able to be as private or as public as you want, depending on your lifestyle.
