MEET OUR BUILDER, DANA TOWER

Our home builder at the Reserve is Dana Tower. Dana has been dedicated to building single family homes in northeastern Massachusetts since 1990, focusing in the towns of North Reading, Groveland, Beverly, Middleton and North Andover prior to his work in this project. One of Dana's unique assets is his ability to work in a cooperative way with buyers to insure an enjoyable construction experience. He also prides himself in integrating the latest building materials and construction techniques, resulting in the finest quality home with many energy efficient features.

Dana has mastered the home building process, creating a simple and organized set of procedures for buyers to follow to make the journey from planning to completion as seamless as possible. As a buyer at the Reserve, he and his team will be working with you and your real estate broker directly from start to finish.

Planning

Dana will be involved in the planning stage of your new home from the very beginning, from meeting with you to answer your questions prior to the signing of the Purchase and Sale Agreement, to making design changes and selections. His system insures that the decisions you make for your home get implemented in a professional and organized fashion.

Construction

Dana is on site daily to oversee the construction of every house at the Reserve. His subcontractors have been working for him for many years and have learned how to implement his system into their daily routines. This tight supervision results in homes of superior quality and workmanship. Dana is also an Energy Star rated builder, which insures that your home will be built with the highest quality energy efficient products and technology.

Completion

Dana has created a detailed Builder's Checklist that gets completed by his team prior to closing. This is essentially his own home inspection that is completed prior to the customer walk through, thus minimizing any punch list items. He is also very proud of his warranty service, as he personally manages all issues that arise after closing.
